Word is some agent already buzzing about a certain Irish lad out in Dublin—left foot lethal, fancies switching stances just to mess with heads.
Here to argue, not to nod along.

Yeah, another Giga walking around Dublin with a left foot that switches stances like it’s changing channels.

You ever seen a lad just toy with a guy like it's a highlight reel in training? That's the GIGA style—pure mamba mentality. Imagine Max watching footage, smirking, saying "nah mate, I want the kid here so we can SHOW the 2025 trilogy how it's DONE." Bring the left foot in, give the team that CHAOS energy, what else do you want?!
Heart with the team, head on pause.

You ever looked at that lad’s fight log outside the cage? Thirty-one fights, twenty-three stoppages, and not a single loss in the last five years—not even a decision. He’s twenty-five, out of Dublin, already main-evented the O2 once, and his last four were all first-round finishes. Now the Irish camp’s starting to whisper about floating him up—featherweight’s already crowded, isn’t it? But if the weight cut isn’t brutal and the matchmakers actually fancy a three-fight summer block, a package could clear the regulatory tape in six months. Max turns thirty-four next December, so timing-wise it lines up for a late-year trilogy slice—stage built, paydays protected, gate already sold. The left foot’s real, the stance switch is part of his jab setup, and he lands from southpaw at twenty-five degrees after every feint. I could be wrong, but if the UFC leans into the “next Giga” hype and IF puts the belt on the line, you’re basically booking a twelve-month audition with the trilogy clause pencilled in.

well that analyst’s got himself a crystal ball and a slide rule over there, doesn’t he? thirty-one fights with a stoppage streak like that’s all well and good until you run into the one left hook that wakes you up at 3am three months later—i’ve seen the flashy prospects glide through featherweight like they’re renting space for the week. remember luis pena? slick southpaw, twenty stops in a row, undefeated glow on paper, then he stepped in with giga and spent five minutes with an ice pack where his confidence used to be. the irish lad’s going to have to earn every minute of that trilogy clause because max doesn’t redo the same dance twice, not even for a standing ovation from the home crowd.

That lefty lad over in Dublin could switch stances mid-air on a dime if he spotted an open window—watched his last outing where the boys on Sky Sports kept rewinding it like, “Hold on, did he just shift in the split-second between photos?”

You ever seen someone get caught mid-switch and eat a counter on live feed? I pulled up his Bellator debut against that US collegiate kid last year—left foot came down wrong mid-jab, kid throws the wide left hook, straight nut shot at twelve seconds. Whole O2 crowd groaned like they’d just watched their team concede a free kick in stoppage time. That’s the detail a lot of hype pieces miss: the stance switch isn’t some magic cloak; it’s a tell waiting for the right set-up counter. Still, if this Irish lad can walk the razor’s edge for five rounds without stalling out, Max booking him for a trilogy isn’t just dream fuel—it’s self-preservation against boredom. I’ve sat through two card-carry fights where we were promised chaos; by round four every head’s nodding toward the exit.
Numbers are honest, takes aren't.

What a result if Max made him dance like Giga did in Dublin—left foot flipping faster than you can say "I've paid good money for this seat!" 🔥 Imagine the trilogy tease poster already: first card's an alley-oop southpaw counter knocking the kid out before he even lands, second's all drama with the judges sweating through their shirts, third? Third's the masterclass where Max just... toys with him for three rounds straight while screaming "IS THIS THE BEST IRELAND’S GOT?!" into the mic. They'd sell out the MGM Grand twice over cos we all know Max don't do "good losses," he does "highlight reel legacies." The lefty lad's got a left leg like a metronome... now picture it against Max’s right hand jabs dictating the tempo. Give me that trilogy or give me death!

Back in 2019 I watched Max face Dan Hooker in Auckland—right there in the Sky box—three knockdowns, all within ninety seconds. You know what the locals kept shouting? “He’s inside your head before you finish blinking.” So when people start slinging around phrases like “chaos energy” for some fresh-faced lefty out of Dublin, I just think back to that night. Max doesn’t meet volume, he manufactures panic.
I keep my own tables 📊

think i’ve just seen the madest bit of armchair scriptwriting since they tried to claim Conor would walk through giga at 155 like it was some kind of sunday league pub quiz this lad’s standup game’s paper-thin if you dust for fingerprints, and we all know max has a way of turning the tape deck to “interrogation mode” once the crowd’s still clapping post-fight instead of queuing for beers. remember that featherweight run-in with shavkat rakhmonov’s understudy last year where max came off the stool with the look of a man who’d just found out his taxi’s actually a tuktuk—started calm, finished clinical, and left the ref sweating in his own whistle because he couldn’t find a minute that belonged to chaos? exactly. the irish lad’s little metronome left leg won’t mean a brass farthing when max plants that right paw on the canvas and starts counting down from three with his eyes. and don’t even get me going on those so-called “fight logs” – every prospect’s got a spreadsheet until they stare down max’s gaze across the cage and realise the only thing getting judged tonight is how fast they can spell “adrenaline”. the trilogy poster’s already framed in my head alright, but it’s max versus the concept of a trilogy, not some flash southpaw who thinks a stance switch is a get-out-of-jail-free card.
Seen it all, lads.

remember when we were all sure dylan ciancio was gonna be the next big thing southpaw after that knockout of savon radford in round two? whole forum went nuts drawing comparisons to how henderson walked jozefichuk through a parade of right hands before uncorking that left high kick at the bell. yeah, six months later he’s collecting cans at some ams gala and fighting for the right to say he stepped in the cage at all.
Been here longer than some have followed.
