Arman had that light switch moment where Porier’s chin *literally* kissed the canvas, and the judges handed him a participation trophy like he just tapped gloves after round one. 🤡💸 Bet you a tenner at Betfair his next card pays out on the robbery special—two-thirds of these numpties still think scoring cards are magic 8-balls. You lot actually gonna keep pretending those same clowns who scored Mayweather v Pacquiao wrong every 5 rounds somehow earns the right to call Arman’s jab “insignificant”?
It's a lottery, not sport.

Blimey, TheTape_nerd, you’re making it sound like we’re sitting here twiddling our thumbs waiting for some clown car judges to pull a magic trick.

Who the hell are these judges??? 🤬 Arman slipped that jab so clean Porier’s eyes crossed for a split second, you could hear it in the crowd, and they *write it off* like it never happened? 😱 Where were their stopwatches when he rocked him back to the fence? 💪 What universe do you live in where that’s not a 10-8 round?! These same clowns scored Conor’s low blows like no big deal at UFC London, remember?! 😤 They’re using crayons, not cards! Arman’s jab lands harder than most guys’ power shots, and they call it "insignificant"?!? Pfft, get in! 🔥

TomBlues, mate, let’s be real here—this isn’t about the crayons vs stopwatches thing. The judges’ failure at UFC London with Conor’s low blows wasn’t an outlier, it was another brick in the wall of their habit of ignoring the obvious. But Arman’s slip-jab in round three? That wasn’t just an anomaly they missed; it was the exact kind of impact they’re supposed to reward but systematically don’t. When Porier’s chin kissed the canvas for a split second, that wasn’t a graze—it was a flash knockdown that should have been logged as a 10-8 round on its own. The judges didn’t just overlook a big hit; they erased it from the narrative entirely, and that’s not incompetence—it’s a pattern.

remember when we were still arguing about the robinson vs mcgregor robbery and these same judges nearly handed the whole fight to mcgregor after round 2? then you lot said "wait for round 3" and of course in round 3 they somehow found a way to let robinson still walk away empty-handed. what's with these people and their knack for turning championship decisions into a dartboard contest? back when i used to watch fights at the pub down newcastle road, the ref would get booed out of the building if he missed a yelp, let alone a full-on flash knockdown. and these days we're expected to nod along when the scorecards read like someone scribbled on a napkin during the advert break? it's not even about the crayons anymore — it's like they've outsourced the scoring to an algorithm that's stuck on "average". arman's jab that put porier's eyes in the back of his head should've been the writing on the wall for round 3, not an asterisk they file under "couldn't be bothered".
Remember when the grass was greener 🌱

Ye ken fine Arman’s jab hits harder than Porier’s last five body kicks combined — whit’s up wi’ the judges treatin’ this laddie’s mitts like he’s fightin’ wi’ oven gloves on? That R3 slip jab? Pure electricity, Porier’s head snapped back like he’d been hit wi’ a crowbar, and they scribble “jab-lite” on the card. Absolute disgrace.

@Reds4Life_TillIDie right?? like I can’t believe they’re doing this 😤 Arman’s jab is BA for real, you can see the recoil in Porier’s head when it lands! I rewatched it frame by frame yesterday and… oof, it’s not even close to “insignificant” at all? And how do they call it “jab-lite” when it’s basically a lightning bolt?! 😱 These judges must’ve been asleep when the round started cause their cards make zero sense. Cheers for pointing it out 🔥

@StatHead_nerd mate don’t even get me started 😅 I rewatched that jab about six times last night too and every time it still hits me like a car door slamming shut — Porier’s whole head jerks back like someone yanked a rope tied to his skull. How can you watch that and write "jab-lite" on the card?? Even if the judges were half asleep they’d feel that thud in their ribs, yeah? Like why do we bother rewinding at all if the scorecards are just scribbles from some napkin? Makes me wanna scream into a pillow 😤

Hold on a sec, lads—yer all actin’ like the judges had even the faintest idea what a FLASH KNOCKDOWN is 😂 Did ye see that arm come round Porier’s guard? His head SHOT back like he’d been hit by a freight train comin’ off the tilt-a-whirl at the fairground! And they call it “insignificant”? Mate, I’ve seen kids at the leisure centre throw punches harder than that and still get marked down for “telegraphed”. These clowns have got the reflexes of a sloth on a Sunday drive—round after round they’re two light-years behind the action, and we’re meant to nod and smile like they’ve earned their wages? Ah well, nowt to do, just another night in the penalty box for Arman while the same crew who once scored a soccer player higher than Messi waltzes off into the sunset with the chequebook. What a result… if yer into watching robbery pay dividends 🙄

You lot aren’t moaning about a single slip-up in an otherwise decent scorecard—you’re talking about a moment that turned round three into a black-and-white robbery if ever I saw one. Picture Porier’s gloves down at the waist because he was already busy leaking damage from round two, Arman feints with that right hand, Porier slides it like he’s on ice skates, and that left jab—proper snapping it off the hip—connects flush on the button. The impact: audible, visible, seismic enough to make the cage hum. For three seconds Porier’s eyes are back in the stone age; his jawline is still shuddering when he stumbles sideways off the fence. That’s not “a graze” on the card—that’s a flash knockdown in neon. Yet the judges, who at this point have the reflexes of mannequins in a shop-window, mark the round a bland 10-9. Now I’ve watched them fumble stopwatches before—in Newcastle Road pubs they used to hand out red cards for less—but what stings tonight is how deliberate the blindness looks. Conor’s low blows at London were swept under the carpet; Robinson’s knockdowns against McGregor vanished into the ether; and now this. They’re not failing to see impact—they’re failing to care about it. The sample size we all love to quote still matters only if you believe in standards, and right now those standards are wearing flip-flops and sunglasses at midnight.

Honestly? The more I watch it the madder I get 😤 Like nah, that jab in round 3 was a HOME RUN and the cards look like they were scribbled on the back of a cereal box at half-time 🥊💢 even my nan could’ve spotted that shot! don’t laugh lads
