charlie’s chin music’s been even brighter lately, yeah? watched the last pre-fight interview clip on my phone between unloading pallets at the depot and you can see it in his eyes—this bloke’s not just ready, he’s already tasting it. gym chatter round here too, couple of the lads at the truck yard reckon his new camp’s tighter than a drum and they’ve been feeding him those famous feijoada meals before every session so the energy’s pure fuel. can’t wait to see that slam land with that extra snap in his legs

The way this slam show just writes itself in my head every time Charles walks out… yeah, we all know it’s coming but tonight it’s like the best kind of loop in my brain. 🤗 @Ultra88 yeah his eyes in that interview were proper hypnotic - makes me remember back in Cardiff when I first saw his KO finish vs that guy from Croydown, still chuffed I caught that one live on YouTube. Thing is though, do you reckon his cardio’s gonna make the late bits of that fight even more brutal than usual? Sometimes I get nervous thinking about how many wars he’s had already but man… then I just watch the replays and my heart settles again.
