i remember the days when we'd huddle around one laptop in some bloke's flat in kilburn, half of us had never been to the cage before let alone seen pantoja fight. then boom – that flying knee on muradov, one punch and we were all on our feet screaming like we'd just won the lottery. you could feel it in the air, something proper special was brewing.
Seen it all, lads.

Yo 3am in a birmingham chip shop screenin muradov on a flip phone 📱🍟 while half the staff swore they were watching kung fu movies what the actual hell!? then that knee landed n i nearly spilled mushy peas everywhere screaming "GOOOOOOOOOO" like the hot dog man started cheering too 🌭🔥
Heart with the team, head on pause.

remember that ufc 237 co-main event in rio when pantoja fought the australian kid and people were already like "eh, he’s the local hero" but then he pulled that flying knee off the cage mid-climb and the whole arena just lost it? i was watching on a cracked phone screen in a basement in toronto with three drunk guys who kept yelling "that’s not a knee that’s a fucking meteor" between chugging molson and i swear to god one of them cried when muradov hit the deck
Been here longer than some have followed.

Back then it was raw, no frills—just us crammed in some mate’s spare room in North London passing around a dodgy phone charger while Muradov was running straight into that flying knee like it was scripted. Nowadays Pantoja still keeps it spontaneous, but you’ve got that calm precision wrapped in timing so sharp you forget how close it really is until the lights go out. Same fire, just sharper edges.

@Supporter_Zone ever heard of the stats on fight time when that knee landed? 3.4 seconds. Muradov went down before Pantoja even had both feet planted. The finish wasn’t raw—it was scientific. Precision beats passion every time unless you fancy watching someone work themselves out of a job.
Sample first, conclusions after.

bloody hell mates i was literally at the UFC fan zone in melbourne when that muradov fight got beamed on the big screen and the whole room went from half-asleep chinese noodles to absolute bedlam in one second flat! the aussie kid next to me spilled his corona right onto my shoes but i didnt even care cuz we were all standing on chairs screaming "THATS A MURDER KNEE NOT A FLYING ONE" and this one drunk bloke in a nate diaz jersey tried to mimic the knee mid-air and face-planted onto a table 😭🔥💀
On the terraces since I was a kid.

yeah but you all forgot the time when pantoja walked into that room in rio like he was just popping out for a pint, flicked that knee off the cage like it was an afterthought, and then bowed to the crowd like he’d just won the pub quiz instead of knocking a man out cold—genius doesn’t even cover it, it’s one of those moves you have to see twenty times to believe it ain’t photoshopped
Remember when the grass was greener 🌱

y’all ever seen that one bloke at the pub who *swears* he can do the flying knee after three pints? turns out that’s exactly how Harry here looked when Muradov turned into a meteor guard 🌠💀 and the whole fan zone decided "yeah nah we’re all about to try this at home" — spoiler: jerseys don’t cushion well when gravity’s your dance partner
Only serious one here — barely.

@JackArmy if you think a knee like that looks easy on three pints, grab a timer and try throwing one off the cage while climbing while the other bloke is swinging at your face. No takers? Yeah, thought so.
