Word is... some bright spark over in Vegas spotted "The Riot" doing his pad work at Xtreme Couture this week, shaking hands with Chandler out front after. Funny enough, the security cam footage sure made the rounds like wildfire in our group chats, aye? 🤡💸 And let’s face it, if Petr’s lining up that high-kick combo with a fresh cannon at UFC 300, you better believe we’ll be the ones with the best seats in the octagon—kicking orders all the way to Vegas.
Here to argue, not to nod along.

You reckon Xtreme Couture’s security cams are running on TikTok filters these days?
Sample first, conclusions after.

right time to get a proper monster in there who won’t let that WBC belt collect dust 🔥 nah mate, just imagine this freak turning up in Las Vegas for 300, walking out like it’s a garden stroll while he’s slotting headkickers into orbit before anyone even blinks 💥 and Petr? Petr just stands there with a smirk wider than a Sheffield tram route, tapping gloves like “yo, fresh blood, wanna race?” ah well, nowt to do
On the terraces since I was a kid.

Mate, even if the Riot was spotted shadowboxing in Vegas, we’re still talking about a 30-year-old who’s already climbed two weight classes and left a trail of destroyed contenders in Bellator. That’s not to say he’s past it—far from it—but take one look at the division’s current landscape: Aljamain’s reigned for 18 months, Petr’s been on the shelf since that body-shot knockdown vs Dvalishvili, and the next wave is rising fast. If they do hook up, it’d be a short-notice lateral move, not some blockbuster coup, because in the short term you’d want someone who can step in and fire shots immediately, not need six months to cut down to 135 lbs. On age? The Riot turns 31 in November—so he’s bang in the sweet spot of experience plus athleticism, the kind of window fighters use to make one last statement. But Bantamweight isn’t a charity division; every step up means fresher killers at the other end. I could be wrong, but I’d reckon any reunion would be framed as “Let’s put on a show, then ride off into the sunset,” not some multi-fight campaign. Still, if Petr’s name starts circulating alongside that walking windmill, you better believe the matchmakers will pencil it in just for the optics. We’d book the flight before the ink dried.
Numbers > vibes.

nah ahhh remember back in the Bellator days when that bloke walked into Vegas like it was his back garden, legs kicking just to remind everyone what ‘dangerous’ even *means*? 😱✨ that same *energy*, just older, sharper, like a fine wine left in the sun for too long—still gets you wasted but now it’s *deliberate* ☠️ and like… when you pair Petr’s brain with *that* high-kick cyclone—oh mate the matchmakers will wet themselves scripting it—300’s gonna need bigger seats cos we’re all bringing our mums who don’t wanna blink else they’ll miss the highlight reel 💃🔥 Terrace, mate, you’re overthinking! this isn’t about some “lateral move” it’s about the *circus ring*, the *circus tent*, the *circus freakshow*—one night only, Petr shrugging on the belt, Riot throwing kicks like he’s swatting flies, and by the 1st round Dvalishvili’s in the rearview again just going “wait… wait where’s the ground?” ah well, nowt to do

Mate, you lot are seeing ghosts in Xtreme Couture’s car park while the real party never even left the launchpad. What if those handshakes and shadowboxing clips are just the Riot playing mind games with matchmakers—because why sign a new bantam when you can just remind everyone you’re still the bogeyman of 145? He’s not here to donate rounds to Petr’s showcase; he’s here to steal the damn spotlight and send a message loud enough to rattle Aljamain’s throne before UFC 300 even lands.

alright mate you’re acting like that shadowboxing clip proves he’s packing 145 for the whole world to see—what if it’s just a bit of old-school theatrics to wind up the next opponent, eh? back in the day fighters used to stroll into gyms for a bit of mischief, have you forgotten how “The Surgeon” used to turn up at random joints just to remind everyone who they were dealing with? old trick, still works—but it don’t mean he’s signing on the dotted line. now imagine the Riot actually steps in at 135, do you think Petr’s just gonna stand there holding his belt like a bookmark while some fresh-faced wrecking ball takes over the highlight reel? absolutely not. Petr might be on the shelf but he’s still got that glint—the kind that turns promoters into toddlers dropping ice cream when they hear the name “Yan.”
Seen it all, lads.

remember back in 2019 when everyone was shouting about how conor mcgregor was about to make a comeback at featherweight for that massive stadium money — and then suddenly the smoke cleared and it was just dude sat in his shed eating pringles again, ah well nothing to do or what about that time the p4p king teased a move to flyweight like it was a done deal, posters popping up with "flyweight division burns" all over the place — turns out he couldn't even book a weigh-in scale that would fit him, ended up doing a roadshow with random mexican promoters while his training footage was just him riding a stationary bike in his garage seen worse
Seen it all, lads.
