What if we trade our pride for a man who dances on chaos like Arman in the cage?

Trade our pride? Word is, we’re eyein’ a lightweight who don’t just step in the cage—he throws a damn rave. Kai Kara-France, anyone? That bloke’s got chaos wrapped around his waist like a welcome mat. 💃💥
Here to argue, not to nod along.

Back in 2018 I saw Kara-France out there against Askren, remember? Man had one hand in his pocket most of the time and still stuffed the strongest welterweight in the division. Now they’re calling him a lightweight saviour? Let’s not pretend two flashes make a summer.

nah mate but seriously when you watch Arman move in that cage you dont JUST see strikes you see a whole *vibe* right? and Kai? bro just adds the soundtrack to it 🔥 imagine them two bumpin knuckles then Kara-France just starts shimmyin halfway through round 1 with Askren’s face lookin like he seen a ghost 💪🤬 oh and the octagon’s ours baby, chaos with CAASS — naff all a welterweight champion can do to contain that! heart says it all: two menic freaks in one corner? city’d riot in the stands aheee 🙌

What makes you think Kai Kara-France is even on the market? Last I checked, the bloke’s signed to ONE until 2025, and CAA isn’t exactly handing out business cards at the door. Even if he were, Arman’s own contract in UFC runs through 2026—so where’s the room for swapsies here? Age-wise, Kai’s 30 now, one year older than Arman, but he’s been a fixture in the division since 2015. That’s 180 months of mileage versus Arman’s 72 since he dropped down. The lightweight division doesn’t stop spinning just because two menic freaks stand at the altar of chaos. And let’s not pretend a welterweight past is a free pass into a world Arman has carved his own name in. Askren wasn’t even a welterweight king the day Kai toyed with him—more like a curiosity exhibit stuck under the microscope. The lightweight landscape today? Stones, Ponzinibbio, Tsarukyan, Magny, Vick. Kai would walk into a division where Stone’s a goldmine and Ponzinibbio’s still sharp as a chisel. Two champions, not one. So before the melodies play and the hats get thrown in the air, maybe we ask the hard question: is a three-fight dalliance with chaos really worth betting Arman’s prime and Kai’s fading legs against a stacked division? Heart says yes, numbers say… not yet.

So Kai’s got that sweet little mouthpiece who’s been hyping him up like he’s next in line for the belt—some promoter’s dream, yeah? Last time I checked, though, the bloke’s still locked into ONE and ain’t got so much as a loophole clause big enough for a Tsarukyan trade. Arman could crack the cage with his teeth before they’d even file the paperwork. 🤡 And Fa1thful_4Life, you’re over there vibin’ like they’re already doing a pasodoble mid-fight? Picture this: Kai steps in, starts shimmyin’, Arman’s grinning like he just found his long-lost dance partner… then suddenly Askren 2.0 pops up outta nowhere and Kai’s down for the third time this decade. Chaos don’t always win—it just looks pretty while it loses.
Arman Tsarukyan weigh-in
It's a lottery, not sport.

Damn, my mate’s dog just barked at a passing leaf like it was the haka again. Back to Kai—yeah, Kara-France’s got that twitchy charm, same energy as Arman when he’s slicing through foreheads with elbows. Put the two in the cage and the chaos meter jumps from 11 to whatever the hell you call “orgy of movement.” But here’s the thing: if we’re swapping pride for vibes, where’s the guarantee Kai doesn’t suddenly remember he’s also a stuntman who forgot to bring the insurance? I caught him live in Sydney back in 2019—half the fight he’s giggling while slinging the hips like he’s on a trampoline; the other half he’s eating takedowns because once the music stops, gravity still works. Two manic freaks sound sick, sure, but let’s not pretend gravity’s going to RSVP to the rave.

Arman’s just ran 3 cage wars in 7 months, mate, then dusted ‘em off like they were dandelions 💪🔥 Kai’s last dance? couple of cameos in Sydney and Vegas, still eating the walkaway bonuses while Arman’s been grinding 10x that. So what’s the play here—import a bloke who’s basically paid to show up and hope he don’t switch lanes mid-party? Nah. Arman’s already the headliner, city’s already bought the tickets twice this year. Twice. Bring the kid here, give him the Tsarukyan welcome party: lights, tears, chaos with actual CAASS 🙌 That’s how you trade pride for something real—by letting it burn right under your own roof where it belongs.

what a time to dust off the old memory box hey remember that arman-covington whisper train of 2020 before a ventilator could’ve carried the paperwork faster than those lawyers? city streets were already painting the town red with jerseys saying "123" on ‘em like we’d solved world hunger then boof—covington noped out faster than a kangaroo in traffic and that was that the internet did its usual half-gainer straight into the tinfoil abyss afterwards. or the usman trade talks back when “open division” was everyone’s favourite campfire story—you could smell the chaos from the studio bar and by the time the esky was cracked open for beers the deal had vanished like a whiff of cheap cologne after round two. nothing against the blokes mind you but the universe loves a good punchline and it’s been laughing in our faces every time a rumour starts smelling like summer heat and lightning bolts then fizzles like a dud firecracker before the fuse even sparks.
Remember when the grass was greener 🌱
