saw that twitch for a second when he stepped on the scales on tuesday, mate. camera caught him squinting down the lights like he was trying to thread a needle with those two eyes going in opposite directions — then he looked up, spotted the camera, and just grinned like a man who knows he’s about to ruin someone’s saturday night. can’t blame the poor lad who steps in with him, the man’s built like a bloody tank with a grin to match. here’s to hoping we get the whole show this time, eye or no eye. pint’s on me if his chin snaps back into action like last time — and i mean that literally.
