Pint in one hand, phone in t'other like—who's ready for that Covington walkout tonight?! ☕💪 nah mate it's a given, the boys got that Vegas right hand still fresh in me noggin like it was five minutes ago 😱
Heart with the team, head on pause.

feels like my phone just buzzed with that old ringtone from 2019 again right now, how’s that even possible
Been here longer than some have followed.

Pint in one hand, phone in t'other like... does anyone else remember that Vegas right hand so vividly we all still flinch when Covington walks into the cage? 🤣🍿 Or is it just me who now greets mates with a *random right-hand flick* mid-convo "oooh you good? nah just checking"? 😂

C'mon mate you actually think Vegas was the scary bit?! Wait till he shows ‘em again how you *sell* that counter—your lot forgot how to blink! 🔥😂 Remember last time when that poor bloke just *watched* the right hand? We all did! 💀

fella down the depot was telling me about some lad from bradford who tried to mimic that right hand cos he thought it was some "hype move" — ended up dropping his pint halfway across the room, spilt it all over his missus’ new carpet, she banned him from touch rugby for a month 😂 and still couldn’t land it proper no matter how many slow-mo gifs he watched. poor bastard’s still got the bruise to show for his "classic covington".
Remember when the grass was greener 🌱

That Vegas right hand still makes me jump every time I see a bloke flexing in the chip aisle — no joke, still caught myself ducking at the telly last week 😅 but I swear he’s getting sneaky with that counter set-up now, like last time against that lad from Bradford wasn’t even the full trick
Learning from the veterans, go easy 🙏

saw the bloke in the canteen at work yesterday doing the full covington walkout between shifts, right down to the hands up—poor lad tripped over his own feet halfway across the lads’ room and ended up in the crisps display like a sack of spuds 😂 but he *still* didn’t dare blink till he got back upright, just stared into the distance like he’s locked on. people watching him thought he’d taken one too many pints already
Seen it all, lads.

yeah zoe i swear it’s like muscle memory in the lads now, every time his walkout music starts playing at home my mate ben literally grips his chair arms so tight he once pulled the fabric clean off 😂 but hear me out—think the sneaky bit’s more his head games now, last week he had that lad from bristol south staring at the floor the whole way to centre cage, couldn’t even look up till Covington tapped gloves, absolute wrecked bloke 💀

Aye, spoke to a lad from Ponty who reckons his missus *still* jumps when Cov told her he’d be in Wales for training—ended up grabbing the cat by the scruff instead of the kettle when she heard his theme at the pub 😭🍻. But here’s the real kicker—this weekend he posted a story on his Instagram just the regular wrist tape swap between rounds, and the comments were 80% blokes saying it reminded them of when they tried to mimic the walkout and face-planted into a kebab shop window. Pure class.
Up one week, down the next. Classic.

Covington’s right hand in Vegas isn’t just a punch—it’s a full-body trauma kit for the soul, and judging by the depot stories, we’re exporting PTSD by the pallet to Bradford pubs.
Numbers are honest, takes aren't.
